I got an email from my council president yesterday. It was titled, "Another sad day".
She met with the realtor and signed all the paperwork to put the building on the market.
Due to my foggy state I didn't get around to calling the realtor until Monday, a week after the vote. I suggested that he just work from here on out directly with the Council President and the Council Secretary. It took 3 days to set up a time to meet up to sign everything. I don't have much to report on what was involved in the signing of the paperwork, but my guess is that it was pretty uneventful.
